1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the kzx8 website accessible at kzx8.io, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Activity" means any action described as forbidden under Clause 7 of these Terms.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used as the reference for all platform operations, promotional schedules, and transaction timestamps.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The kzx8 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or place any wager on the Platform. By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older. kzx8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account pending verification.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicates may be closed and all associated balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC). kzx8 may request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any point during your use of the Platform. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence. Withdrawal requests may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of identity verification. kzx8 reserves the right to close accounts where verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

2.5 Geographic Restrictions. kzx8 is operated for and targeted at Bangladeshi players. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform does not violate any law applicable in your jurisdiction. kzx8 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside Bangladesh.

2.6 Self-Exclusion and Prior Exclusions. If you have previously self-excluded from kzx8 or any other gambling platform and that exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register or re-register. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

3.1 Credential Confidentiality. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose these details to any third party under any circumstances. kzx8 will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kzx8 support immediately. kzx8 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account following notification, but will not be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

3.3 Account Activity Responsibility. All bets, deposits, withdrawals, and other actions carried out through your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such actions were made by you or by a third party who gained access to your Account credentials.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. kzx8 strongly encourages all Players to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Account. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. kzx8 shall not be held liable for losses arising from failure to activate available security features.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. kzx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kzx8 does not currently support cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. kzx8 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable prior notice to Players.

4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Player's Balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Delays caused by third-party payment processing failures are outside kzx8's direct control; however, kzx8 will investigate and resolve any deposit discrepancy within 24 hours of a support request being raised.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average during normal platform operating hours (00:00–23:59 BST, 7 days a week). Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification checks before being approved. kzx8 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals.

4.5 Own Payment Methods Only. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing using payment accounts belonging to another person is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

4.6 Currency. All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are processed in BDT. kzx8 does not offer multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required to process a transaction is the sole responsibility of the Player's payment provider.

5 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by kzx8 are subject to specific terms disclosed at the time each promotion is made available. These terms include, but are not limited to, minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is communicated in the individual promotion terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. kzx8 actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk hedging bets to clear wagering requirements, using bonus funds on games that do not contribute to wagering, creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or exploiting a technical error to obtain a bonus not legitimately offered. Any such behaviour may result in the cancellation of bonus funds, voiding of associated winnings, and account suspension.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and any associated free spins or credits expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the Player's Account and cannot be reinstated.

5.5 kzx8 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. kzx8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted in to a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect their current bonus balance.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the kzx8 platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before placing a wager. kzx8 accepts no liability for losses resulting from a Player's misunderstanding of individual game rules.

6.2 Random Number Generation and RTP. All games provided by kzx8's Game Provider partners use certified random number generators (RNGs) and are independently audited for fair play. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are accurate and disclosed in each game's information panel. kzx8 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including disconnection, server error, or software failure — kzx8 will use all available system data to determine the outcome of the affected round. If a fair outcome cannot be determined, the bet will be voided and the wagered stake returned to the Player's Account. Game Provider decisions on malfunction outcomes are final where applicable.

6.4 Bet Cancellation. Bets that have been confirmed by the Platform may not be cancelled by the Player. kzx8 reserves the right to cancel or void bets where a clear pricing error, data feed error, or technical fault is identified. Players will be notified and any stake associated with a voided bet will be returned to their Account.

6.5 Sports Betting Market Rules. Cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports betting markets on kzx8 are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, FIFA, BPL governing committee). In the event of a dispute, the decision of kzx8's trading team, informed by official data sources, is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kzx8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical, electronic, or artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions to obtain an advantage not intended by kzx8.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute any legitimate deposit made to the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other means of IP masking to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward kzx8 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to register if you are under 21 years of age or are subject to an active self-exclusion.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.

8 Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content. All content on the kzx8 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, page layouts, software, game interfaces, text, and brand names — is the intellectual property of kzx8 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Limited Licence. kzx8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of kzx8.

8.3 Game Provider IP. Games available on the Platform are the intellectual property of their respective Game Providers. Use of such games is subject to the Game Providers' individual licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Data Collection. kzx8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9.2 Data Security. kzx8 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions on the Platform. Player financial data and identity documents are stored securely and are accessible only to authorised personnel on a need-to-know basis.

9.3 Third-Party Sharing. kzx8 does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and fraud prevention partners strictly to facilitate platform operations. All third-party data processors are contractually obligated to maintain the same standard of data protection as kzx8.

10 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability. kzx8 endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or external infrastructure failures may result in temporary service interruptions. kzx8 will not be liable for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime.

10.2 Third-Party Content. Games and content provided by third-party Game Providers are supplied "as is". kzx8 makes no warranties regarding the performance, accuracy, or continuous availability of third-party game content and shall not be liable for losses arising from Game Provider errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions.

10.3 Player Decisions. All gambling and betting decisions are made voluntarily by the Player. kzx8 does not accept liability for any financial losses, debts, or other adverse consequences arising from a Player's decision to gamble. Players are reminded that gambling involves risk and that losses are a normal part of gaming activity.

10.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kzx8's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Responsible Gaming

11.1 Commitment. kzx8 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Players. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment and that it is our duty to support Players who may be experiencing difficulties related to gambling.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via the Account settings dashboard or by contacting kzx8 support. Self-exclusion periods are available in increments of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and permanent. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be locked and promotional communications will be suspended.

11.3 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts at any time. Requested limit reductions take effect immediately. Requested limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

11.4 Reality Checks. kzx8 provides optional session time reminders that notify Players when a defined period of continuous play has elapsed. Players are encouraged to use these reminders to maintain awareness of the time they spend on the Platform.

11.5 21+ Policy. kzx8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered Players. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request identity documentation at any time. Players who are found to be under 21 will have their accounts closed and any deposits made will be returned.

12 Suspension, Termination, and Account Closure

12.1 kzx8's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts. kzx8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, regulatory requirements, or business decisions.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure. You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting kzx8 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding ineligible Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

12.3 Forfeiture Upon Breach. Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering — kzx8 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account Balance, including both real-money and Bonus Funds. kzx8 will provide notice of such forfeiture where legally permissible.

12.4 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. All pending bets placed prior to closure will be settled in accordance with these Terms and applicable game rules.

13 Amendments to These Terms

13.1 Right to Amend. kzx8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes may reflect updates to platform features, regulatory requirements, payment method availability, or operational policies.

13.2 Notification of Changes. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

13.3 Current Version. The current version of these Terms — dated 1 January 2026 — supersedes all previous versions. In the event of any conflict between a translated or archived version of these Terms and the current English-language version, the current English-language version shall prevail.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kzx8 operates as a platform serving the Bangladeshi market and conducts all operations, communications, and transactions in compliance with the legal framework applicable to online entertainment services in Bangladesh.

14.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, you are encouraged to contact kzx8 support in the first instance. The majority of Player queries and complaints are resolved within 24–72 hours through direct communication with our support team.

14.3 Formal Dispute Procedure. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to kzx8 by email at the address provided in Clause 15. kzx8 will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a full written response within 14 business days.

14.4 Final Decisions. kzx8's decisions on all matters relating to game outcomes, bonus calculations, wagering requirement completions, and bet settlements, made in good faith and supported by available system data, are final and binding on the Player.
